Gotta Catch Em Small (GCES) is a progressive tier based restriction plugin that locks the available Pokemon that players can catch and locks the maximum level that players can raise their Pokemon to, among other things. Its designed for use on RPG or grindy style servers, to force players to start out small and work their way up - instead of players joining a server and catching a random level 50-something with a lucky Ultra Ball. The plugin can lock, restrict, and control the following: Catching Pokemon Leveling Pokemon Evolving Pokemon Trading Pokemon Mega Evolving Pokemon Catching and Leveling are controlled by integer-based progression tiers (levels, basically), with the tiers being set and configured in the respective config file. Catching tiers set a minimum and a maximum level that a Pokemon can be. Leveling tiers just set a maximum level that a Pokemon can be raised to. Evolving, Trading, and Mega Evolving are controlled with the plugin's built-in "fake" permission system. If requested by enough people, since I know this plugin can be a little confusing, I can make a video demonstration regarding how this plugin really works.
